The room is average. The shower doesn't work. Only hot water comes out of the faucet. Also, the noise from the nearby shops is really loud. People who are sensitive to noise might not be able to sleep until morning. If it weren't for that, it would be five stars.""

"The showers and bathrooms are so clean, you would think they clean them every time someone uses them. The beds are extremely comfortable (keep in mind that Asian mattresses are usually on the harder side). The AC in the dorm is adjusted to perfection. I have never slept this perfect in a hostel before!"

"Hyatt was kind enough to upgrade my parents room. My dad is in wheelchair and so they were able to give him bigger room. The service is always excellent. Their breakfast buffet is good. They have variety of food and some vegetarian options as well. They have both western breakfast and Indonesian breakfast. The hotel has beautiful view and it’s a bit away from the main city. So you feel like you’re far away from the business of the city. "
