"As we entered the room there was an odor. It was not clean. Then i needed to go to the bathroom, when i flushed, the toilet overflowed, water everywhere. I went to the front desk and complained, they told me housekeeping would be there soon. Yes housekeeping went to drop off clean towels. But did not fix the problem. We had to use the bathroom that was in the hall. We will not be returning to this place at all. "

"I called to ask if it was fine that my7 year old had a few people there to swim for her birthday. I told them I was stationed at my duty station but that I would make it home for her birthday and wanted to make sure it was fine. When I showed up I was told the rules have since changed and my call didn’t matter. I didn’t get a refund, I got told my reservation was cancelled however she still took the money out and when I asked she then told me contact hotels.com not her but it was the hotel who took the money from me not hotels.com, I paid while trying to check in. "

"Staff friendly and efficient. Hot breakfast was fresh and tasty. Room: good amenities, couch was filthy and stained, room darkening curtain was stuck and did not pull down allowing light into our room all night, Disney Channel set to Spanish and we couldn't change it to English. We didn't get to watch Zootopia 2."

"Our room mini fridge was not even cold & our microwave had no plate to even be able to warm anything up. We travel with children so both of these are an absolute need. We tried the pool the water was murky and lots of hair floating on the top. The hot tub was just as bad and wasn't working. Our bathroom floor tiles around the toilet were loose things in our room had dust on them which made us question how properly they even cleaned. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed because we could hear EVERYTHING! Which made it difficult to even really sleep. We did utilize the gym which seemed to be the only decent thing. The elevators reeked of syrup after breakfast it was spilled in the elevator and never cleaned up. We didn't have a do not disturb sign on our door for housekeeping but it didn't matter they didn't bother to show up. We 100% will not be staying here ever again. We tried saving money by staying here but the saying is true you get what you pay for!"
