Nice hotel, beautifully decoration in lobby and common areas. Rooms on the small side do Chinese standards, but good enough. Furniture for me was reaching its life limit for me, but comfortable indeed. Short on facilities (just one restaurant) and if you want to have a drink at the bar, the challenge is to find a waiter as they are the same attending the restaurant and they need to run for one end to the other. Waiters however, really nice and helpful

到香格里拉当然一定要入住香格里拉大酒店啦！！ 果然五星级的酒店服务超棒，当初自己在订房的时候疏忽订到了吸烟房，当下打电话与酒店联系的时候麻烦他们帮我备注有更改成非吸烟房，结果入住当天才知道当天满房，所以帮我们升等到亲子的非吸烟房，而且房间还特地放了一个帐篷，小孩开心极了，晚上挑战自己一个人入睡成功，爸爸妈妈也难得一觉好眠。谢谢酒店的贴心

除了餐廳，都很好

來到香格里拉怎能不住一下香格里拉😂 總體來說，服務很好，特意安排了送機。 一進門就聞到了熟悉的味道，reception跟客房還是喜歡的感覺。可惜的是，本來想在去機場前在餐廳隨便吃點東西。結果點餐後幾乎一個小時中廚都還沒出餐，追問之下告知還要再等差不多一個小時。一怒之下，在酒店隔壁的蒼蠅小館28塊解決問題。
花200+要等兩個小時，花28僅僅15分鐘

酒店地處獨克宗古城步行15分鐘內，藏式設計，雖然已經落成挺久了，維護得還是可以的。規模算是香格里拉市內最好的酒店了。房間大小適中，配免費飲用水，還有加濕器。不過隔音有待提高。早餐現在已經恢復自助式。性價比不錯！

Happy with our stay

Comfortable room, friendly staff. There is an oxygen room for guest who have high attitude sickness To rest. The Chinese restaurant serve nice food and with reasonable price. My husband was having high attitude sickness, the hotel staff was so nice to offer him porridge and milk to help him feel better.

房间破旧，不干净。 酒店中餐厅根本不配香格里拉酒店的大名，酒店里能吃饭的餐厅可以说没有。总而言之，不能以别的香格里拉酒店的形象来想象香格里拉的香格里拉酒店。 我的建议是，住过香格里拉酒店的最好不要入住香格里拉的香格里拉酒店，以免失望。

Fantastic property, as to be expected of a Shang. Comfortable room, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and great breakfast spread. Nothing to complain about. You pay for what you get, no unpleasant surprise and this is certainly well within our expectation. We wandered around the hotel vicinity, within 5 mins walk, discovered a local market around the corner that is truly fascinating, If you have 1 hour to spare, worth exploring!

Well maintained hotel in a good location

Good location and short walk to the old town. Room was clean and well maintained. It was also a nice touch that the room came with a humidifier as the air was rather dry in Shangri-La. Service was good except during breakfast when we had to try a few times to get the staff attention as they were all busy clearing tables (possibly rushing for lunch prep since we were down for breakfast later).
