"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The house and garden were quirky and arty and in easy reach of everything. The meal with wine tasting was interesting and enjoyable, it was good to be able to sit outside to eat. The property was also easy to find and we could park nearby."

"The staff were so helpful from booking to departure. The room was well equipped with everything that you might need including a good coffee machine and kettle, dressing gowns and slippers, hairdryer and straightening tongs, the mini bar included soft drinks. I really enjoyed the stay here "

"Wonderful hosts in a lovely manoir. Charming bathroom incorporating a sitting room! Comfortable bed and spacious accomodation. Trffific restaurant recommended nearby and sumptious breakfast. A pure delight! Highly recommend!"

"Étape de charme dans ce domaine viticole, surclassement apprécié dans une jolie chambre donnant sur les vignes. Du fait de la saison nous étions seuls dans une des superbes villas. Le personnel est top et au petits soins. "This is a fantastic place to stay, accessible only with a car, about 20 minutes from Carcassonne. Beautiful setting, comfortable modern room with lots of space and amenities. Amazing breakfast (best croissant I had in france), very accomodating staff."

"The main house was absolutely beautiful! We stayed, however, in a beautiful, modern cabin across the courtyard but we had a fabulous breakfast in the dining room of the house. Next time, we will opt to stay in the main house because it is so beautiful and full of fabulous antiques. The host and hostess, Beatrice and Eric, were so friendly and welcoming. They welcomed our two little dogs who played with their puppy. We had a wonderful stay and will make a point to go back and stay longer."

Dinner disappointing. Accommodation fine.

"The accommodation was fine. However, we were at the very end of the hotel so accessing the bar and restaurants was a lengthy walk. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of options. Unfortunately, althought our starter at dinner was lovely, I chose cod which was dry, overcooked and full of bones. My husband, although he ordered a hamburger, got a very grizzly steak which was inedible. When we told the waiter, he didn't really care. Just shrugged and said fish have bones. "

"The bathroom was a bit too small and it could certainly benefit from having an air extractor. The were dead bugs in the window blind which would have been better not to have. Other then that, the staff was nice and helpful at all times."

"Unable to check in due to checkin machine not working (yet again). Had to go to another hotel. TOO MUCH technology.Will never book again with premiere class, not worth the stress or risk."
