"Curve Ball when I was told my king reservation wasn't available when I arrived; was then given #407 which HAD a king bed. More hotels are moving to shower bottle dispensers vs. small bottles. Body wash wasn't enough for 2 showers"

"Very nice stay. We had an issue with another hotel in Bismarck and we showed up late to this one and the front desk agent was very helpful and accommodating and was able to give me a good rate as well. The cleaning lady was very helpful and kind. It was great to see a manager on site the whole time we were there as I have been in many hotels and they can never get in contact with their manager. You can tell the manager of this hotel cares about the property and takes real "ownership" of it. I have nothing negative to say about our stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, a good stay. The breakfast spread was good. However, you cannot open any of the windows. No fan in the bathroom. You have to pay $1 to get key access to the laundry, which has 1 washer and 1 dryer for ALL hotel guests. Have to pay $1 for use of the dryer. I had to sit in the laundry room to make sure I could get my laundry done. There were 5 people who wanted to do laundry after me, and one person sat with me to confirm they would be next. Had to laugh when I saw the shower gel above the toilet, nowhere near the shower. I would stay there again."

"Hot tub was not in operation, Bar/restaurant closed early on July 4th and breakfast the morning of July 5 closed early, which is too bad as most guests were staying for the races and fireworks across the street! Room doors banging is very annoying...would be great if they were soft-close! Glass door to enter to our poolside room was hard for kids and adults to open, had to have a staff member assist, and he even struggled."
