We absolutely love staying here! This was our 2nd time staying. It is super clean, the room layout is fantastic and spacious. Our favorite is the pool/ hot tub. And of course, the back patio! Great views and great staff. We will always choose this location while in Des Moines!

Our hotel room was clean and spacious. We loved the layout and enjoyed the seating area tremendously! The lobby, bar, and dining areas were all immaculate. The back patio near the water was a great bonus! Staff was helpful and friendly. Our group didnt end up using the pool area as planned, but it looked fantastic. We will most definitely stay here again.

For how nice everything else is at this hotel. The breakfast was the worst one I’ve ever had. There was never enough food and they prepared everything in such small sizes. However it was pleasant and everything was clean and the staff were phenomenal.
