"When I went to my room, it hadn’t been cleaned. They wanted to refund money. I told them it was after midnight and we needed a room. They were able to get us two separate rooms instead with the second one for free. I thought the furniture and carpet were very outdated. Carpet throughout hotel had multiple stains. Couch in our room showed multiple stains. Door in room says check out is noon but housekeeping started bagging on our doors starting at 10am. And walked right in."

"This hotel is top notch. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, the decor is so fun, and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and was easy to access each morning. The only complaint was the parking was across the street in a garage that was not owned by the hotel. I would love easier parking options or valet."
