"This property is a beautiful new build overlooking the city hall event lawn on one side. Be aware that if you are on the second floor even numbers you will be able to hear the pool and either they do not have or enforce pool hours as I got to enjoy hearing ruckus below till midnight. One of the four staff that I had encounters with was extremely pleasant, the rest were not at all helpful and while not rude, also not terribly welcoming. Overall I would stay here again but I would ask for a 4th floor room."
