POSITIVES: The location relative to the airport is perfect--just down the street. The shuttle drivers were great--early. It takes approximately 5 minutes to get from door to door. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great. The managers were genuinely interested in making sure that people made their shuttle. NEGATIVES: The surrounding area is not ideal but that is not the fault of the hotel. It appears to be a depressed area. I did not feel inclined to walk 1/3 a block to a shopping mall for a snack in the afternoon. The property itself felt old and not up to ideal maintenance. On my first night, the bathtub was clogged and so did not drain, which was uncomfortable.

The mattresses need to be replaced! They were not comfortable at all. The staff was nice. I ask for my bathroom to be cleaned. That never happened. No breakfast meat. Over all they were very clean. And that I appreciated.

I arrived after 9 PM and had to leave before 5 AM for my flight. I just wanted to sleep. The room was fine, but not particularly nice and the bathroom definitely had seen better days. The A/C in my room would not work, and the temp went from 71 to 78 overnight, consistently getting warmer even though it said it was on max cool. The room was facing the highway, so it was very loud - which was somewhat expected, but beware. My room was also by the steps, so I would constantly hear people dragging their luggage up and down the steps. Breakfast was so so, with typical watery powdered eggs. The staff did what needed to be done, but was not exactly friendly. Not a pleasant experience for just wanting some sleep. On the positive side, the shuttle driver (to the airport) was timely and very nice and the shower had lots of pressure. With all the airport options available, I would not stay here again.
