Staff came into our room while we were there and seemed unaware we would be in the room, I was informed the room would be decorated as we were there for an anniversary but it was not.

Showcase Apartments Kimberley House
No chair or table from which to eat- which is odd considering there is a kitchen area. So I had to eat sitting on the bed. No bedside lamp and the only light switch across the room.
