"Our stay at Tres Palmas was absolutely wonderful. What made it truly unforgettable was the thoughtful surprise waiting for us when we arrived. The team had decorated the room to celebrate my niece’s birthday, and seeing her face light up was such a special moment. That level of care and attention meant so much to us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days exploring. The location is fantastic—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway. The restaurant and hotel teams were exceptional. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and consistently exceeded our expectations. Thank you to everyone at Tres Palmas for making my niece’s birthday celebration so memorable. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back!"

"A pleasant stay in the Dolphin room. Very friendly and helpful staff, who gave plenty of notice about construction that was taking place (and making sure the noisy part didn't start too soon). Comfortable bed and useful items in kitchen/living area. Just note that AC is not in bedroom, so might be a little warmer than the rest of the unit, but it does have a strong ceiling fan. We particularly appreciated being able to walk right out of the property onto the beach and into the water."
