"This is my first visit to this beautiful hotel, and I am so thrilled to have found this gem of a hotel in Desenzano del Garda. I was warmly greeted by Simone, who brought me to pick up my friend at the train station. Then, we were both greeted by Federico, whose customer service is outstanding, along with Simone, and Luis. Federico gave us a lot of information about the village, and offered suggestions for dinner. He, and the entire staff truly care about their guests. The location is amazing-right next to ferry stop. It is a hotel with an amazing history-I am filled with gratitude to have found this gem of a beautiful hotel. Thank you to the entire staff for making us feel so welcome."

"Loved the property. Only suggestions would be options for fluffier pillows and mattress toppers as we found the bed to be on the firmer side. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend. "
