"Check in was fabulous! I wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name as he was so personable and pleasant to talk with while checking in. The people who got us our players card s were also very nice and engaging! Room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the mountain and pool area. Food was fattening but delicious!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a room here based on the reviews and I am convinced the owners of this hotel are writing the reviews! This hotel was absolutely disgusting! I checked in, went to my room, and checked out. The room was filthy, smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and there was urine in the toilet which convinced me this room was not cleaned from the previous person. Then, when I wasn’t reimbursed my deposit, I called and the lady who answered immediately started yelling at me saying “why do you keep calling I’m not going to refund you!” I explained to her that this was the first time I was calling so I’m not sure why she was yelling at me but I am calling about not receiving a refund on my deposit. This woman has absolutely ZERO customer service skills, was probably the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to and was not helpful at all. I am having to dispute the charge through my credit card."

"The pool was actually warm and enjoyable. Although the hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, the room we stayed in did not and it was pretty clean. Our TV was broken and they weren’t able to fix it during our stay, but they did offer some refund which was very nice of them. Breakfast was pretty limited in options (especially any healthy options, and no decaf coffee), but did have waffle makers which the kids liked."
