"Clean and spacious rooms. Amenities were great and food was delicious. We stayed for Coachella and they had delicious late night food available that was perfect after a long day at a festival. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very clean and comfortable room. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals for a week. Pool was great! Lots of seating/ lounge chairs. Washer/ dryer in the room! Private cabanas available ( well worth the $75 daily fee!!) Food and drinks available at the pool area. Very family friendly and priced reasonably. This was our second time staying here and am looking forward to staying here again."

"Check-in was poorly handled. We waited 40 minutes past our scheduled check-in time and would have waited longer if we had not gotten frustrated and contacted the front desk, which took several calls to get through. They were supposed to text us when the room was ready. When we got into our unit we had immediate problems with the internet connectivity. It took until the following afternoon before one issue could be resolved, although we different excuses as to why. I do want to thank Roy and Angel for the resolving the issue. They seemed to the only ones who knew how to resolve the issue. "

"Parking was easy and convenient, and the room initially appeared clean. However, it did not meet the expectations of a 3-star hotel. We reserved a room with an in-room hot tub separated by a glass door, but there was extremely poor airflow. After using the hot tub, we became sick within 24 hours—so much so that we had to stay in the room the entire next day. When we finally forced ourselves to go outside, we started to feel better, but once we returned to the room, the symptoms came back. The lack of ventilation was very concerning. The room also lacked adequate space to unpack clothes and personal items, which made the stay less comfortable. Customer service was another disappointment. We had booked a massage but needed to cancel due to being sick. After trying for hours to reach someone, we only received a response once we were already within the “late cancellation” window. While still unwell, I had to escalate the issue to management to get it resolved. When we eventually received the massage, it was mediocre at best, and the full package we paid for was not provided. The only positive part of the experience was the front desk staff at checkout, who were professional and gave us a $50 discount to partially make up for the inconvenience of not receiving the full massage package. Overall, due to the poor air circulation, negative health impact, and subpar service, We would not stay here again."
