"The hotel staff are outstanding. We were there for Oman‘s national day, and they even gave us free pins to wear. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer hotel staff. I don’t understand what this place doesn’t have five stars!"

"Nice to be able to stay in the Jebel Sham area. Staff service was excellent but otherwise stay was mediocre. I stayed in a tent and the lighting was very poor. Could not do much. I asked about lighting and got an answer that it was to create atmosphere. If I wanted to be in a cave it would be good. Found the food mediocre especially the breakfast."
