Uncomfortable mattress. 1 centrally located loudspeaker had the same 10 songs playing repeatedly every evening. Neighbours were very noisy...chatted & played past midnight till I went out, rang their bell & asked them to stop. "

The food team manager went above and beyond to accommodate my father’s food allergies, providing specially prepared fresh meals just for him. **Cons:** The ongoing renovation work made our stay slightly uncomfortable."
