"Great amenities, clean, excellent location near metro, and wonderful people! One person who very much stood out is Hassina (who works in the business lounge). She truly elevated our experience because of her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. She always made sure that we (and actually all the guests) felt comfortable and received everything we needed. She helped answer all of my family’s questions and, despite our multiple requests, she never made us feel like an imposition. She also managed a beautiful and tasteful buffet in a space that was impeccably clean. We always looked forward to seeing her for breakfast or happy hour. "

"Despite service in the restaurant is excellent and the rest of the staff in the hotel are very good. Unfortunately the manners and overall attitud of the reception staff at a recent check in and check out... very noon welcoming language, rude and obnoxious behaviour. Our suggestion... lots and lots of training!!!"
