"Overall we had a positive experience staying here. The reason for not giving 5 stars was one of cleaning staff stole $100 from our room. We had momentarily left our room and did not think that in the short time we were downstairs, that cleaning services would be performed. We still had our personal belongings out and money was on the table. When we returned, we found that a $100 bill was missing. "I sent 2 emails and called the hotel once to arrange a pick up at the airport. I was not picked up and at 1:30 AM got ripped off by the only taxi at the airport. If one is English speaking only, this hotel is not for you. English is poorly spoken and poorly understood. We ate lunch at their restaurant, being the only ones there.
