"I never leave reviews but i have to this time. We were very warmly greeted when we arrived. Our room was fab. A proper bedroom feel instead of the generic hotel feel. The beds were soo comfy!! The room as warm with everything we needed. We used the leisure facilities and were very impressed. Ghd straightners and hairdriers in the changing rooms was a brilliant addition. Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good and we were served by a lovely, smiley waitress. Big shout out to the receptionist on duty ALL WEEKEND! Nothing was a bother and she was a star. We hope to revisit next year when we're down racing! "

"First time at Malmaison with 2 small dogs. Room was a suite and only had booked a standard double room. Absolutely beautiful with bath and Jack and Jill shower facilities and sinks. Extra room to side with circular couch bed and flat screen TV . Staff very helpful. Unable to take dogs into Brasserie restaurant but are in for stairs bar and food brought to table. But more difficult at breakfast but eventually after explaining unable to up and down lift with breakfast we were allowed to sit in conference side room with dogs which was adjacent to buffet breakfast room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay "

"A luxury hotel that absolutely earns that title and meets the standard that you would expect. Even though the hotel property is not very far from the town of Pitlochry--walking into town and back is no great strain--the property envelopes you in calm and luxury. The woodland paths create distance between you and the mad world. The lobby full of sofas and stuffed chairs invites a lingering stay--a book and an afternoon are all you need. We stayed in a fairly basic room, but it was immaculate and luxurious, with lush and peaceful views down the valley. The staff are exceptional--we were greeted with samples of the hotel's whisky liqueur, which itself was perfect. We enjoyed the "gym" facilities downstairs. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional. After our travels, it was like walking into another world entirely. And the building itself is beautiful. I can't say enough about the experience."
