"Muy cálida la atención y la ubicación es relativamente buena. Está bien equipado, pero el inmueble estaba muy sucio, especialmente la ropa de cama. El baño no tiene buena ventilación ni cerramientos entonces al usar la ducha se empapa todo."

"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful).
