The room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the shower – sparkling clean and a delight to use! During our stay, we enjoyed strolling around the area as everything is within walking distance. It truly added to the charm of our visit. A special mention goes to the owner’s father, whom I had the pleasure of meeting. He was wonderfully kind and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this delightful place to anyone visiting Pagosa Springs!"

"Nice property with a bat and restaurant on site. Short walk to shops, restaurants, hot springs and river float trips. The only complaint is the street work being done, and is expected to take two years to complete."
