I got checked into it and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. So they were nice to switch us into a different room. I had no complaints it was so quiet. I’d continue to stay here. "

"Wonderful family weekend! Three rooms on 10 floor overlooking Downtown Hot Springs. The staff was very professional and the cleanliness of hotel rooms excellent. This was our second visit to Hot Springs and our second time staying at the hotel. Plan to visit again soon. Location is excellent to downtown. Wonderful locally owned shops and great restaurants.
