Hotels with indoor pool in Aruba

"Love the 3rd floor with the infinity pool. Staff was very accomoding and the coffee shop has he very best coffee drinks and breakfast!"

"The issue with the hotel room key cards was unacceptable. The fact that if the card was kept anywhere near a phone or anything metal it would disable and we would have to get a new card and come all the way back down from the 17th floor. We had to do this 6 times during our trip. Absolutely infuriating. "

"The property overall is mismanaged. We were given an “upgraded” room that faced dumpsters and construction. Then we were moved to an interior room with no balcony. The property overcharges for everything, including a resort fee of $100 USD a day for basically nothing. It was not worth the price and they did nothing to address our concerns the entire time there. I would expect management to do something to make our stay better especially considering how much we spent on the resort. "

"Great stay. Spent day at pool, palapa and with a beach umbrella on three days. Food at Italian, breakfast buffet and dinner beachside was very good. My friend and I were not all inclusive and also enjoyed food up and down the street outside. Very close walk. Would stay again. The beachside bar needed more staffing. Front door staff and desk were all so helpful. "

"Although a more basic resort, the beach was clean and close to the hotel. The food was excellent and staff were fun and friendly. The room was dated with a little mold in the shower caulking, but everything else was great. "

"The resort it self was very nice, however the first room that I was in need it some love. The chairs were stained and the room was run down. 700 building. Then I was moved to the other side of the resort where the room were newer, with an amazing view! The staff for the most part were very nice an accommodating except for the coffee lady and reservations/ excursions desk. They were very rude and seemed that me even talking to them was annoying them and talking with other guests they felt the same way, also very difficult to get reservations at the hotel restaurants, seems that they might be under staffed and when you stay at an all inclusive you expect to be able to eat at whatever restaurant that belong to that resort without issue. The restaurant that we were able to go to were very good! Entertainment or lack of was a big negative to me also. Not sure if I would revisit this property again. "
