"Great"

"Everything was great except the restaurant. I ordered a hamburger medium-well and it came to me raw except a thin crust. I sent the hamburger back and said I wanted to order something else as raw hamburger is not safe. The hotel refused and insisted medium-well means red in the middle. The restaurant manager was rude so I complained to the front desk manager, who said he would handle it. I never did receive my money back. "

"Clean and comfortable room, but poor breakfast, overcrowded and not great food. Also, the swimming pool is out of service and this is not informed during booking, the staff was not very helpful at check in, overall not a great experience for the type of hotel "

"Staff was amazing!! Room was large and clean. Breakfast could have been slightly larger, but had enough of everything. Very close to malls, shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants."

"The hotel lobby was beautiful and the staff were excellent. The food at the restaurant was delicious. However, this hotel was very musty which left everything in the room damp. They tried their best to have fans in the hallway but the dampness would just not go away. "
