"Room was clean, the staff was accommodating and as very helpful. There was a variety of activities that were included at no extra charge to the resort. We ended up signing up for the membership and definitely can’t wait to return."

"I liked the room and location close to downtown and the Nassau port . Making it scenic to watch cruise ship come in and go. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurants and bar and gift shop were priced but that comes with the territory. Overall the hotel and pool facilities were great"

"Hotel was average - had everything I needed except for meal options. No room service, restaurant only open for breakfast and not that good for the price. Beaches small with limited seating. Staff were very friendly, check-in easy, and room was clean. The walls are a little thin, so you can hear your neighbors!"

"Booked ocean-view double room for Mom’s birthday; got downgraded on arrival. Promised move next morning—never happened. Chased front desk; one staff brushed me off, but a helpful young lady gave partial refund + breakfast voucher. Arranged birthday room decoration while we were out 4+ hours—returned to nothing done. Housekeeping said they thought we were switching rooms (despite confirmation we’d stay). Total miscommunication chaos. One staff member tried hard to fix it, but overall very disappointing for a special occasion."
