"This is a great place if you've never been, its one of a kind. We came here 2 years ago and it was great, however, having been there for a week last week in April, the staff was dissapointing. They weren't friendly or happy to be there for the most part, of course there were a few exceptions but no regard for clientele, dismisive, and felt like you were bothering them. Any activities for kids is not included and overpriced, you have to leave your kids and can't participate with them, no thank you. "

"The property was GORGEOUS! You had everything you needed in one place, food, activities, etc. My only critique is that everything had a charge, and its expensive."

"This is the best resort we’ve ever stayed at! There is so much do and see! Our ocean view was spectacular from the Reef. Shuttles came every 10 minutes to take you to the other properties or you could just walk. Everything is clean and well maintained and staff is very friendly. We are definitely coming back!"

"Rooms and property were very clean. Food selection was good. It would have been nice if the coffee bar in the lobby opened before 10:00 or even had a self serve coffee bar. Also lacking outdoor evening activities. It’s like at 6:00 everything outside is done. A bar with snacks and some music would have been great. The location a great and a quick walk to other activities. Staff was wonderful."

"First checking in the front best was not accommodating, the gal behind the desk seem to hate her job which did not put a good start to our vacation. I even asked about a upgrade and was completely ignored.. the servers on the other hand seem to have a better attitude. This Margaritaville is directed more towards the younger ages more than the adults,wish I would have known this beforehand.... not sure I will continue my trips with any Margaritaville hotels. The water park is packed when the cruise ships move in but after 5:00 people disappear including the businesses closing for the day. Even the hotels Bars close at 5 PM including the adult bar by the adult pool."
