"The rooms are old and our bed was soaking wet with urine we called reception and since it was at night time they told us that the only thing they could do was change the sheets because they did not have mattress to change until next day. We ended uno sleeping 4!people in one queen bed. Very disappointed "

"Paid for oceanfront room with kitchenette but room they gave us had neither, complained, moved to another room but still not oceanfront. Had to wait two days to get placed into room we paid for. Additionally, we selected 2 adults and a child for king size bed and the hotel tried to tell us that we selected 2 adults and an infant and that we must upgrade to a bigger room. We had to fight the hotel that they could not dictate who sleeps in our bed. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and found most staff to be friendly and helpful. "

The beach club is often closed for private events. The music at the pool and the beach is outrageously loud and the island itself is run down and dangerous. Everything away and overpriced and the food is mediocre at best. Stay away. "
