"This is a gorgeous property. We first stayed here 2 years ago when it was brand new. We were disappointed this stay. The level of customer service has really dropped. The pool and beach are wonderful but "

"We had a room on the second floor overlooking the beach and the ocean. It was a long walk to food or either bar. There were a lot of children and a lot of entertainment for the kids and their parents. The staff was always friendly and helpful "
