"Comfortable beds are important for me while traveling. This stop didn’t have comfortable beds at all. Not like most hotels, it was springy and very hard. I like firm beds but this was hard and springy - not sure how to explain that. The breakfast was really good. I saw families enjoying themselves with the jacuzzi but the beds for me send it low. The rooms in the back have a nice view of the mountains One thing I liked is there’s a sliding door to the outside plus parking lot so I was able to park right up by the room. For people who don’t mind the temporary uncomfortable bed will like this for a quick stop. "

"This hotel is my go-to stop for when I'm in the area and need to rest for the night. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms, good basic breakfast, and the location in Baker City is great, right off the freeway, in close proximity to several restaurants, gas, etc. Highly recommend."

"This is an older motel, but it is clean and quiet and the staff we met is friendly and helpful. There were plenty of amenities for making coffee, tea, and hot chocolate with flavored creamers, plus a full candy dish. I like the body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower instead of the little soaps and wrappers that create waste and trash. We were provided lots of beautiful fluffy white towels and the water was hot instantly! We've stayed here before and will surely stay again."

"The sheets had stains on them, there were wrappers on the floor. The bathroom doors had dirt build up and around the tub was nasty. Bare room, no fridge, and the beds were hard. It had a nice view and a place to walk your dog. Over all it is a bare bones place, but what annoyed me the most was it said there was coffee and there wasn’t."
