"Staff was great & breakfast"

"Due to flooding, hotel was being renovated."

"The staff was fantastic!"

"This was one of the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, the rooms were big, bigger than most hotel rooms, the bathroom was big and roomy. The hotel is so close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was good, they just need a microwave to heat up syrup, muffins or soften butter for toast. I am returning to that area in November and will definitely stay there again."

"Very clean, updated, and spacious rooms. Wonderful, friendly staff. Good free continental breakfast selection"

"Decent place to stay, needs a little remodeling (hall carpets) and breakfast was a little lackluster for the price. Room was clean and well-appointed. Bistro attendant was very nice and accommodating."

"Good breakfast well maintained by staff"

"Very nice. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok."

"This was a really cute place to stay. It’s literally within walking distance to the historic downtown, which was so convenient. The staff was really nice. The room was nice and clean overall highly recommend."

"Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Hotel is near the mall and you have Burger King in the adjoining parking lot. They had coffee, juices, waffles with toppings, oatmeal, apples for breakfast."

"Room was super clean. Front desk staff were awesome!"

"Wonderful stay, impressed with cleanliness and the breakfast."

"Outdated and super dirty rooms"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Baxa Inn and would stay there again. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was fair. However, the ice machine was broke, the bathtub did not have a plug for bathing, and it was very noisy in the mornings. There was a construction crew working directly behind my room."

"We booked this hotel while on the road at the last minute. We booked it just after midnight and arrived within the hour, only to find a sign on the door saying they were out and would not be back until 7 am. So we had to book another hotel. That is frustrating, but not as frustrating as the fact that they then refused to refund my money for the room, despite the fact that we could not get in. Terrible customer service. Do not use this hotel."

"I had an awesome time. Mike, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful & showed me around the area. The views were spectacular & the place was pristine & extremely comfortable. Felt like home! Will definitely be going back! 5 stars. "

"Would stay at again, delicious diner attached, cozy, friendly down home vibe with clean rooms and friendly staff "

"Everything was perfect from the time we walked in the lobby to the time we checked out!"
