"We enjoyed 4 days in the German Alps, one of the top experiences to enjoy in Europe. Hotel is close to the biggest attractions in the area, plenty of good restaurants nearby. It is well run by hardworking, lovely people. Situated next to the road you hear traffic passing. "

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the arrival hall. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice except that the water still feels cold despite it being heated. Overall a comfortable place to rest and recover from jet lag before traveling on for the holidays.

Great hotel in prime location! The bus station to Neuschwanstein castle is a 2 min walk away, and you can also walk to Lake Alpsee in about 5 minutes. We got a free upgrade to a big and spacious room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The breakfast menu has a big variety and is tasty too. Definitely recommend this hotel when you’re visiting Neuschwanstein castle.

Beautiful lake view at Neuschwanstein. More touching part is the hotel manager arranged a surprised birthday table for me when we went down for breakfast in the cafe; Walter warmly greet me at the cafe entrance! The dinner a day ago was great too, good steak and atmosphere. This hotel is a classic, good-class collection with 5 star renovation.
