"Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat. Leider gab es im Badezimmer einige deutliche Mängel. Es war sehr staubig, in der Dusche befand sich ein Riss, und in den Fugen war Schimmel sichtbar, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. "The hotel was a clean and smart haven in the city. Excellent position for all the transport links (less than an hour to the airport). Only 10 minutes from two major Beer Gardens! We only had breakfast at the hotel, a good fresh selection of the usual suspects with some local specialities but the staff made it! Charming and subtlety attentive. Splendid!"

"We enjoyed out stay but when we went to check in an older woman was rude and said it's all technology today and laughed. If course it didn't work and I said your technology is outdated. I noticed she never looked up and greeted people as they came in during out stay. Other employees were amazing. If you don't need room service they give you a coupon for a few drinks at night. That was nice."

"Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned everyday and the amenities were generous. Location was perfect, across the road from the train station and plenty of shopping areas. Can be quite noisy but the rooms were soundproofed and air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was plenty and varied. The restaurant downstairs was very nice, the meals were delicious. Even enjoyed room service. Staff polite and all spoke English quite well."
