"The breakfast staff, happy-hour bartender and check-in staff were all super! Helpful and cheerful. The room and bath were very clean. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Happy hour was a pleasant surprise we were not expecting. River side faces east and west is on the road. The road noise was louder than expected, but everyone disappeared by 8 pm. It was nice to be able to sleep past sunrise, so small trade off. Next time I might try the river side. Super stay would love to come back!"

"SO DIRTY COULDNT FIND MY RESERVATION. I CANT EXPLAIN HOW DIRTY MY ROOM WAS I ASKED FOR MAIN FLOOR SHE TOLD ME ONLY HAD SECOND FLOOR AVAILBLE . WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY U GUYS BARELY HAD ANY CARS EVEN IN THE LOT. I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN"

"AM Reception staff was stellar. Everyone else from reception to food to bar staff was not up to scratch. The food was not great but still resort/hotel pricey. The drinks were actually bad, and the beer was not fully poured out into the glass but the bottle didn't make it to the table. This hotel has been under construction for at least a couple years and while the rooms have been updated the basics are lacking like a luggage stand. The staff tried to sell that as a modern convenience that the luggage should fit under the open hanging bar. Seriously, not dirty but not exactly clean or complete. Can't recommend it in this condition of repair / construction / staffing."

"Room itself was pretty good however it does definitely show its where there was dense scratches and such on the furniture. There was also some shoe prints on the wall that was not from us. It must’ve been like before we checked in, which is odd because he would think that housekeeping would catch it. I am myself did not use the fool, but my Spouse did and said it was a nice pool with a nice hot tub. Check-in was pretty easy, although I was a little miffed because Hotels.com had me fill out everything I ahead of time, including giving my card for deposit in my drivers license, but when I arrived to check-in, they asked for the exact same stuff over again. It is close to the highway, which made it good to get on and off onto the freeway. there is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance of the hotel. It’s basically right next-door. There is also multiple gas stations, including a speedway, and there’s also a Starbucks, which is maybe less than a mile away from the hotel."
