"We stayed one night, and the staff was AWESOME! But our bed was broken, sink sprayed water off the side and shower made loud noises. We were excited for the indoor pool, as it was in the 30’s outside, but it wasn’t heated. Hotel was decorated with tons of wildlife, which was very cool to see! And the staff gave great recommendations for where to shop and eat nearby."

"Front Staff were amazing - say hi to Doug the fish ;-) Hotel lobby, parking lot, room - everywhere was clean Towels were the softest towels ever Pool great Breakfast amazing - best ever and I have stayed at 500 hotels all over the U.S.A and Canada Quiet Was a great stay and we will be back for the biscuits and gravy and cinnamon buns as well as the ham, and hashbrowns Super Impressed with this hotel property!!!!"

"Clean cabin. Minimal breakfast but what you would expect for a Continental breakfast. Heater/AC was difficult to get to work properly. Staff was nice. No chairs for fire pit."

"This stay was far below expected standards and did not match what was booked or advertised. First, I specifically booked a king bed room, but upon arrival I was given a double queen room. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a clear failure to provide the reserved room type. Second, I paid for a mountain view, but instead received a view facing a gas station and nearby building. This is a direct misrepresentation of the room."

"Overall, a nice well-maintained building. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was not great but bacon was cooked nice and crispy and baked goods were fresh. The coffee was weak. Better at lobby but no decaf at lobby. Did not try the dinner restaurant. Definitely would stay again. This was my third time there. Breakfast is getting better over time. The rest has been consistently good each time."
