He then proceeded to suggest we just turn of the AC all he could do was to provide a fan. My wife and I walked out of it ASAP. I took videos of the noise the AC was making, and many pictures. I couldn’t find a way to ask Expedia for a refund. If I don’t hear from Expedia I will go VISA to recover the cost since we have been charged."
