"What a great experience! It started at check-in when Ty checked me in. He was veery professional and positive. I told him it was my first time in Oregon and he upgraded my room for free, overlooking the river! The property and rooma were super clean and an excellent condition. All staff that i interacted with during my stay provided great customer service. There was also a nice outdoor pool and plenty of parking."

"Everyone at the desk was really nice! Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable and clean. I really like the bed..soft with lots of extra pillows I'm old fashioned but I DID NOT like that I could not CALL the Hotel to confirm my reservation. I'm comfortable with cell phones and computers and didn't mind the confirmation coming through on my Email I didn't like talking to a computer...sorry but AI is not for me. "Great Location next to the OSU Campus Accommodations were clean, comfortable, well appointed. Staff checked with me several times via text to make sure we were taken care of. Our dog was welcomed with open arms. I've stayed here several times before and it's always been Great."
