"The staff is so friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful, and the property as a whole is very relaxing!! The food was excellent!!. The only negative comment is the rooms. I did not like the flooring, and the bathrooms are outdated. That being said, I would still choose Grotto Bay over any other property on the Island."

"The property was beautiful including the buildings and landscaping and of course, the water views. The staff was wonderful - helpful, friendly and welcoming. There were several pools to choose from and restaurants as well. Taxis to take us off property to dine and golf were ready at the front entrance so transportation was never a problem. We had an issue with running water in a pipe behind a wall that kept us up one night, but the staff was quick to remedy this and the manager adjusted our bill accordingly. I would highly recommend this property!"
