"We stayed for 2 days. Everything was nice, comfortable, but not luxurious. Better than average. The first night, the internet was out for a bit. They got that fixed within a few hours and that was fine for the rest of the stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. No coffee in the room. Convenient location. Rooms cost about $85-90 per night, which was a bit high for the area. Nonetheless, we would consider staying here again if in Albuquerque."

"The check in clerk was rude and short with us at checkin. Also, the over all appearance of the hotel was tired and worn. I have stayed at a lot of Hyat Place hotels for years as a commercial pilot for a major airline. They have always been wonderful and one of my absolute favorites until this stay, the reason we chose this property. I for sure would not book this hotel again."

"This embassy suites was very clean, attractive, quiet, polite, and efficient staff. Food was great. Bartender efficient and generous pours. Room was very clean and even though next to a freeway it was quiet. Only complaint is that the pool was very cloudy. We would have used the pool but and it remained cloudy the four days that we were there. Not very enticing to get in when it looks like the chemical balance of the pool was marginal. Granted there’s lots of kids in the pool, but I’ve never seen a pool is this cloudy."
