"The staff is great. We were hosted by Swati at the reception who showed us our room. We stayed at an extremely well maintained and organised space. It’s a renovated area with the authenticity of it still maintained. The chef and the dining staff are well trained, respectful gentlemen. I am 30 years at the moment and the food/bar is in my top 10 places after having lived in India and Europe."

"Breakfast was average, room bedsheets seemed not clean , otherwise a ok stay , washroom clean and neat"

"Heat in room and kettle not working, towels and bathroom dirty. 2nd night lights kept going out, dining area closed due to outage. We were double billed for this luxury room. Hope not all Expedia rooms/ hotels are like this."

"The colonel his wife and the staff were all amazing. They went above and beyond. The property is beautiful and an oasis. I wish we would of had more time to spend here. I would have loved to of had the time to get to know everyone better. I cannot recommend this establishment more. If you are even close to Bikaner stay here."
