"If I could give this 0 stars I would. The room was dirty, the sheets and towels were dirty. The bathroom was dated and dirty. The fridge was rusty. The windows didn’t shut properly so the mosquitos got in and we were woken in the night by what sounded like someone retching outside. We stayed one night because we had to and left early the next morning."

"We stayed in a ground floor suite near the dining hall and that was very convenient for seniors like us. Our suite was very clean and very nicely furnished. To me, the outstanding feature of the resort was the behaviour of the staff. They always greeted us with a smile. They never expected tips unlike their counterparts in bigger cities. The big open ground inside the resort was very nicely maintained and excellent for morning walks. We didn’t use the gym or spa area, but they looked good. Food was nice and we liked the taste very much. Suggestions for improvement : 1) Elevators and wheel chair access to all the blocks would make the place more attractive to senior people and overseas visitors. 2) A locked tipping box at the reception area will ensure that all the lovely staff get some incentive for their excellent work. 3) Parking was a bit congested as there was an International Lion’s Club meet the day we left. "
