"Pool not in service. Room was not very clean. Roaches in jacuzzi jets. Found 2 bed bugs last night there in the middle of the night. None of the pictures in the ad were accurate. Owner did not speak English well enough to make a complaint to. Most people there were living there. Seen prostitute meeting multiple people throughout the night. Towels were stained. Sheets and bed spread had stains. Pee spots on mattress. Idk how this place is open."

"We loved out stay at Grand Hotel. We were there for 3 days and it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was so nice and polite. We were close to everywhere we had to go (Crab Orchard and Crossville) and it was a very nice get away. Our room was very clean and had everything that we needed. There are no elevators here which was not a problem at all for us but I would suggest requesting a ground floor if you can not do the stairs. We are coming back in June and have quite a few family members that we have joining us and have 0 hesitation suggesting that they stay here as well."

"This hotel really needs a deep cleaning and maintenance work! The shower bar was loose on one side of the wall so the shower curtain kept moving towards center causing water to flood the bathroom floor. 100% do NOT recommend."

"While they are going a little updating Everything But still stick and span in the bathroom was in immaculate condition. The welcome staff with quick and efficient. However, But stood out most was the lovely breakfast team. I received a good morning from each of them, that you have offered to customize a couple of my breakfast items. Simply perfect."

"Hotel lobby was very tacky with many, many fake flower arrangements everywhere. Breakfast was very basic and the same every day (3 nights). Hotel needs major upgrade and was not maintained. Bathroom floor was scary. Holes in shower where grab bar used to be. Stains all over sink counter. Sheets and pillowcases were wrinkled. Room was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. Staff never at front desk - always had to call them. Pool stairs were broken and roped off - pool and hottub looked suspect so we were AFRAID to use them."
