"One hour before check-in, I received an email with the subject line "All is full, please cancel." This email, apparently sent by the apartment manager, came from a private email, not through the hotels.com system. The email was also not signed in a way to indicate who it came from. I almost deleted it as spam. Since I replied and got clarification, I was able to contact hotels.com and coordinate new lodging while we were still on the train to Bratislava. "The hotel is 4 bus stops away from Bratislava bus station. The room is spacious and clean. But the pillow is not comfortable. And it is very noisy in the morning made by the car sound. "

"Upon arrival, service was courteous and friendly.
My bed didn't have a pillow, and the girl at the reception said I should find it myself from the other guests!
I refused, so she went to the room and couldn't find it, so she gave me another one.
The only locker left was faulty, so they gave me one by reception on the floor below.
For the 5 rooms on my floor, there were 3 bathrooms only, and one was out of service (6-10 people per room).
No sockets visible near the bed, nor in the room at all.
