"The apartment room that we booked was spacious and affordable, it came with more amenities than we expected such as cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave and own AC control. Overall a VERY nice place to spend several nights, the only concern is that the neighborhood surround the hotel is not very aesthetic or convenient as there are not many places nearby to eat at. Although with its location so close to the Bruxelles-Midi train station it was easy to hop on a train to visit the Brussels...

"No codes provided to access the room beforehand. Shower Impossible to adjust from cold to scalding hot. No bedside lamp. Floor not cleaned. Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep."

"No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba . Gracias...

"Room is clean and tidy. Its noisey as room was on ground floor next to construction site along the road. Can hear people talking clearly. Sound proofing is bad. Request for room change is denied. Very disappointed. "

"Great hotel. Rooms were very nice and provided all amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s not in central Brussels, but it was only about a 8 minute walk from the station. It was a great experience. "

"We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

"Simple attic studio was great for a short work trip to Brussels. Located just around the corner to most of the EU buildings and with everything you need for a quick meal at home. The heating worked well, bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. My only complaint would be other guests who smoked - while they stayed 2 floors below the apartment I stayed in, you could still smell the smoke through the pipe system in the kitchen. There are 2 Wifi networks - the primary one that is...

"The property was close to the train station and grocery stores, and within walking distance of the Old Town. It was a bit noisy at night (sirens). We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft). "

"The unit is huge. however, the alarm kept beeping during the whole night. When we checked in, the unit is not ready yet. It took additional time to wait the janitor to clean the room. "

"The apartment is well-located and spacious, but badly in need of TLC. Many fixtures were broken, and the decor was dismal. The lounge in the sitting room - a fold out bed - was too uncomfortable to be used. Worst, the stair rail in the dimly-lit entry hall had come away from the wall, so was dangerous. "

Though we complained about this on the first day of our stay, no action was taken to rectify it. Additionally, there was mould in the bathroom as there was no way to open any windows. The entrance of the property was very untidy, with lots of empty boxes. The sofa bed was stained. "
