"They room and hotel were decently clean. The pool seemed a bit to cold for comfort but I suppose that could be personal preference. They overcharged me an extra 25 dollars on top of what my invoice said and the pet fee. I didn't bother calling to complain or try to give it back given my only interaction with who I assume was the manager. I walked through the lobby with my dog after taking him outside to potty. I was stopped by a man wearing a different colored outfit from the rest of the staff, so I assume he was management. He very rudely and abruptly stopped me and asked if I had a service dog. I said no. He then proceeded to tell me that I can't walk it through the lobby and need to take him in and out through a side door. Despite the fact that I couldn't find a sign ANYWHERE letting guests know about this policy, I wouldn't have had a problem with it. My problem was the way he said it to me. He said it like I was an idiot, or I was knowingly doing something wrong. His statements didn't come across as informative, they came across as rude and accusatory."
