"Super clean, great staff, great breakfast with a lot of options. Tempered nice size pool and a nice hot jacuzzy. Location is great of you don't want to be surrounded by the City. But 10 min drive, though location is 5 minute walk for supermarket. And less than that for cinema. Restaurants and nice bars. Very secure location."

"Pleasantly surprised given the negative reviews. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great reception and concierge, very helpful. Despite what some people say the restaurant served high quality food for both breakfast and dinner. The service was quick and attentive without being too on your face. Every member of staff we met were friendly. Our room no 2 was well positioned for the pool, bar and restaurant. The icing on the cake are the views which are spectacular. Easily the best hotel of our Costa Rica tour. "

"We needed a quick one night stay after flying into San Jose at midnight and this place was perfect! Breakfast was delicious and the shuttle was seamless. We almost always get placed in an accessibility room when we book through Expedia, which is very interesting since we're young and active adults. But they switched our room for us with no problem. It's just annoying! Is this an Expedia issue? Anyways, our stay was exactly what we needed, nonetheless! "
