"place has a rustic ski lodge feel , our rooms were very small just a bed and small closet, shared bath down the hall. host were very friendly, i wish the kitchen opened up earlier but i guess they worked late the night before so "

"First room #31 the key did Not work. Had the maid open with her key. Room was wretched with cigarette smoke smell. Maid claimed key only work's sometimes. Went back to the office and was given rm#29. Place wasn't clean. Balls of black hair on the carpet.Dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. Mildew on the wallpaper up near the ceiling of the shower. Bedside lamp wouldn't work. Want to the office for towels and they kept saying that they didn't know what room we were . Same girl registered us in and they were not busy. Claimed that we were in the new building. The door trim was off and you could see the outside and it's was -16c feeling like -22c. Would never recommend nor will we ever return. "

"Curtains were falling off the windows. Dirt on the sheets of the pull out. Stains/dirt on the blanket for the pull out. "

"Check-in was great, staff was courteous, room was nice. BUT, my gosh you could hear every dang noise, from people walking around above you (we were on first floor) to people conversing in the hallway like you were beside them. The sound proofing is very poor, if you stay, request to be anywhere but the first floor. We had planned to sleep in a bit on our vacation but was woke up at 6am and it was non stop after that with people walking by on their way to the buffet for breakfast (which was really good). Had we been able to sleep without interruption frok all the noise I would have gave this 4-5 stars for sure. "

"The staff was very friendly and the whole place was nicely decorated. The hot tub, steam room, and jacuzzi in our room were the highlights. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious!"
