"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Rock Falls, IL. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming throughout our visit.
A special shout-out goes to Christina, the breakfast coordinator. She did an outstanding job keeping the breakfast area clean, well-stocked, and inviting. Her friendly attitude and warm hospitality made each morning a pleasure and truly enhanced our stay. Employees like Christina make a lasting impression and are a great asset to the hotel.
The only disappointment was that the pool was closed during our visit while waiting for a new heater to be inspected. While we were sad not to be able to use it, we understand that safety comes first and appreciate the hotel taking the proper steps before reopening it.
