"Please stay anywhere but this hotel. It was a nightmare from the moment we got there until we checked out. I arrived at 5pm to check in just to find out they accidentally gave my king bed suite to someone else. The desk worker called someone in a panic and didn't know what to do. Twenty minutes later he came back and said he had good news. They have a room for me. It was a standard queen room, and I will receive $30 off. After 20 minutes of waiting, I was glad to know I even had a room. I hardly think $30 off is fair compensation considering it is a downgraded room which is already listed at a cheaper rate. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of this nightmare. When we walked into our room, we were overcome with a strong musty, smoky smell. Right there I should have went to the front desk and asked for a refund and stayed literally anywhere else. There was filth everywhere. I'm not even sure the floor was vacuumed. At no point during my stay did I let my bare feet touch the ground. I have included photos for readers to see I am not exaggerating. Then there was the noise. We could hear every footstep of the people staying in the room above us. We knew exactly where they were walking in their room at any time. Yes, we had the tv on to drown out the noise at night but in the morning, they got up very early which in turn woke us up very early. Between the smell, filth, and noise it was too much. Even for just one night. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff was amazing throughout our visit. They handled a difficult situation with a rude guest who was yelling at both children and adults very professionally, which we really appreciated. The staff also went above and beyond in other ways - they let us stay in the lobby to finish watching the hockey game, provided extra towels when we needed them, and changed our bedding right away when we asked. Their quick response and kindness made a big difference. We would definitely stay here again."

"Most hotels have a noisy hvac unit under the window, buzzing away. This hotel was sooo quiet! The ac was through registers just like home, so we weren't kept awake. The rooms were clean, and the king bed was very comfortable. We will stay here again."

"I personally would not stay here again. I left after 2 nights and they wouldn't refund me my third night. The site is run down. The pictures are deceiving. I had no fridge or microwave which was shown in the picture of the room I requested. The heater was on in June when the outside temperature was 86, with no way to turn it off. Even with the air condition running constantly it was hot. My window didn't open and my sink was dirty."
