"The room that I booked was huge compared to other rooms we stayed at over the months. I realized I may have booked a handicap room but it helped with the bed being a little lower and the toilet wasn't the normal one that is low it was higher just like at home easier to get up from. The chairs were soft to sit in and the couch was great. The bed when you first walked in looked like it had lumps in it. Still a little hard for my first choice but better than the Hilton that we stayed before. Just wish it had a softer bed. They had the heat on which was good we turned it up for it to be comfortable in our room.
There was a smoke alarm going off every hour from 10pm to midnight then it stopped. Just one burst then it stopped every hour. At least it finally stopped and we could get some sleep. The light when you come in didn't really work but then it came on after a few minutes. The TV was great you didn't have to be technology challenged to have it work like the last stay at a Hilton. Over all we will stay again at this hotel. It was only 8 miles away from where we had an appointment for medical care for my husband. The cabinet which held the microwave and fridge the doors on it needs some work so they closed better. The pillows are soft so if you need firmer ones better bring your own. The next time I stay at any hotel I'll do that."
