"I really liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds. The location is very strategic; El Rosal area is safe and very beautiful. The hotel has excellent service and cleanliness. Also, the buffet breakfast was very complete and delicious. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and polite. The only thing I would add to this hotel is a pool area. I hope to come back soon."

"Had a room on the 18th floor with a fantastic city view. Property is located in the middle of the best area in Caracas, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would book again."

"This is meant to be a five star property but instead you get one star service. There are no bilingual staff here, so should you not speak Spanish and you have any issues you will have problems. The building is showing it's age and basic amenities such as internet are not great. Even the TV in the room required updating and maintenance as it had horizontal lines throughout. This brings me on to the main issue of this stay, which was maintenance. Although the hotel sent two emails on the actual day of arrival (one in Spanish and the other in English) stating the opening times of all their facilities. NONE were available due to maintenance being carried out. You would think having two pools for example, that you split when you close either but not here. Didn't even stay the full duration and rebooked into another hotel. Bad experience and definitely not returning "
