"My next time in Durham I will stay somewhere else. The people were friendly but the facility was frayed. I was expecting breakfast but that was on me. No free breakfast was offered or advertised, however is it really necessary to charge guests over $4 for a small cup of coffee, no refills. One small bottle of, "Orange juice" almost $5? They seemed to have, "low-balled", the price to grab you after the fact. House keeping was non-existent. We stayed four nights and did not get a re-fresh once. Additional towels were offered, "on-request", only. With so much competition out there it seems, to me, that they would offer more. Next time I travel I will seek out a facility that seems to welcome me, not one that wants to take me! Just my opinion."
